We specialize in creating small batch custom products, so that you can represent your town / city / neighborhood without having to meet typical large order volume requirements.

Submit your order with the appropriate SKU’s and custom text as described in the listings.
All custom orders take 2-4 weeks for production - so that we have time to hand draw your design, get it ordered with our production partners, and assemble / package it up for you.

Wholesale prices and orders are only applicable to retail stores and online marketplaces that have a valid resale license.
The terms listed below are for orders placed directly with Billie Claire Handmade LLC. Orders placed via Faire are subject to Faire’s terms and conditions.
RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS: We do not accept wholesale returns. However, we are happy to make exchanges for damaged goods - please contact us via email within 5 days of receiving an order with photos of the damaged product so we can get a replacement in the mail for you!
CANCELLATIONS: Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order - please notify us as soon as possible via email.
EXCHANGES: For our Art Prints only, we are happy to exchange designs after 4 months from the item’s order date. Please contact us via phone or email to initiate an exchange.
SHIPPING
All orders ship within 2-4 business days from Richmond, Virginia.
Freight will be added to your invoice total; most orders under $200 ship for around $8-10. We use UPS as we have found they are the most reliable in Richmond; please notify us if you prefer a different carrier.
A tracking number will be sent once shipped, not responsible for carrier delays.
